Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Carrier-calculated shipping rates and/or flat shipping rates  converted to your local currency are available for all apparel, mugs, accessories, and art print orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders that include 3 or more items receive a free shipping discount at checkout.

Original artwork requires special shipping, and in some cases, are eligible for local delivery. You must contact the store owner for purchase inquiries. Kindly contact the store owner at charmingcavatica@gmail.com for any purchase interest for original artwork, or fill in the contact form on the contact page stating your interest. Any original artwork purchased through the online store checkout without contacting the store owner first will be canceled or refunded.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from the mailing carrier or a direct email from our support team confirming the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you find that your order is taking an extended amount of time for delivery after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at charmingcavatica@gmail.com with your name and order number - we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All original artwork is final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered on original artwork purchases.

Returns are accepted for select items up to 30 days after delivery. Eligible items include apparel, mugs, accessories, and art print orders only if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return label. Please contact us at charmingcavatica@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at charmingcavatica@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these orders on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
