Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy excludes all original artwork. Items included in the return policy include apparel, mugs, accessories, and art print orders only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and cannot be an original artwork. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact charmingcavatica@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are only issued after the item has been successfully received in-office and examined for quality and condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. We will evaluate the concern and make it right. Original artwork is not eligible for refund or exchange in the event of damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Original and commissioned artworks are not accepted for return or refund - no exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please contact charmingcavatica@gmail.com regarding an exchange. Once approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you. Once the item is received back in-office, your new product will be sent out. Original artwork is not eligible for exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or disapproved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund - often 1-3 business days. Original artwork is not eligible for refund.
